01 One-month minimum rental

All rentals have a minimum rental period of one calendar month. Rent is charged in full monthly units and is not prorated.

ご利用は1か月単位・最低1か月からとなります。料金は月単位で計算され、日割り計算はいたしません。

02 No partial-month refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial-month move-outs. Rent already paid for the current month is non-refundable, regardless of the move-out date within that month.

月の途中で退去された場合でも、当月分の返金はいたしません。お支払い済みの当月料金は返金対象外となります。

03 Full-month rent until fully vacated

To end your rental, the unit must be completely emptied and all keys and access fobs returned by the last day of the month. If the unit is not fully vacated with all keys/fobs returned by the last day of the month, a full month’s rent will be charged for the following month.

解約の際は、月末最終日までにユニットを完全に空にし、すべての鍵・カードキーをご返却ください。月末最終日までに完全に退去・鍵の返却が完了しない場合、翌月分の料金（1か月分）を申し受けます。
